As you can see I am on CD 43. I just recently started temping, FF is telling me that ovulation could have occurred during CD 37-41. My question is can I trust this or due to the fact that I have no previous temps is FF just going by this last week of temps and saying "well maybe she ovulated"?
When I enter more temps can that suggested ovulation period time frame change? TIA

Re: Bored Look at my sad chart...
It looks like FF is basing your O date on the temp spike and the EWCM you recorded.
Yes, your O date range may get smaller, or it may be able to pinpoint a day when you did ovulate after you add in more temps. It may be harder this cycle though, since there aren't a lot of temps to go by.
Do you use OPK's?
It could be that FF just doesn't have enough temps. Honestly, if I were in your shoes, I would just wait to begin temping until day 1 of my next cycle. Then you can see a pattern, and what's normal for you. If you look at my chart, you'll see I spiked, but I didn't ovulate. This far into the cycle, it will be hard to tell when you ovulated, based on those few temps.
Also, FF can change the O day with more temperatures, it actually needs to have them in order to give you an O day.Without crosshairs, it's all just a possibility and definitely too iffy to really trust.
Hope that helps!
I don't know if you would want to do the herbal remedies route, but I've heard great things on FertilAid, it's supposed to regulate your cycles (if longer cycles have been an issue for you). They talk about it a lot on the SoulCysters message board (a board for ladies with PCOS).
As far as this cycle goes though, it looks like you may have ovulated on CD37, since that was before your temp spike and you had EWCM that day.
One temp drop doesn't really mean anything.
Try not to look at each individual temp, but the WHOLE picture. I know it's hard not to analyze every temp change from day to day, but one high/low temp may not mean anything.
I haven't heard of that! I will check into that thanks
