I just finished a blog post.
It was good news. The pedi feels that her head has become flat all the way across. This is actually good news, because it means that it is not lopsided anymore (well, it is a little bit, but nowhere near what it was). Since it is flat in the back now, it can round out evenly. He feels that it will start to round out quickly now that she is rolling over, & will be spending even more time on her stomach (possibly even in bed if she starts rolling over in her sleep). He said that we definitely need to keep working on it, but he is optimistic that we will get through this ordeal without intervention. 6 months is the longest he will let it go before sending us to a cranial specialist, so we have until January to keep working at it. I was pretty happy with the report. Thanks for asking!
She weighs 13lbs, 10oz, & is 24.75" long. She jumped from the 50th to 75th percentile in height in the last 2 months!
