If you ordered from remembermepreemie...how long did it take to get your doll? We ordered a few weeks ago. I'm so anxious!

    It was several weeks.  I think she said to expect it in 6-8 weeks.  I also emailed Kim directly and asked it when it would be ready.  You could try that, too.

    Did you go with the real weight or the feels right weight?  I checked out the site after you posted this.  That is so neat!  I'm thinking about ordering one as well.  It will be very neat to have that doll later down the road.

    I went with the feels right weight. There are so many options for everything it was hard to decide what to do! I am sooo excited about getting it in and holding it...it's hard to remember how small DD was! It will be so good for her to see when she gets older and it will even be great for other people to see bc its really hard to imagine how small she really was!

    I remember being concerned about the lenght of time she said to expect on the website and then being really surprised when it came in much earlier than predicted.  I was doubly concerned because it was around this time of year and I was sure the holidays would delay her ... but they didn't!

    I hope Kim is able to get your doll to you soon!  It was so fun to take Madeline's (1st "at home") Christmas picture with her holding her doll and with the doll dressed in Madeline's first NICU Christmas "outfit".

     This for us, too. We ordered in the beginning of October and had our doll in a few short weeks. I was amazed at how fast it came, and we love it! LO was 1 pound,14 ounces, very close to your LO, and we also ordered "feels right". Hope you love your doll as much as we do!
