UPDATED AT THE BOTTOM
I admit it, at this point.
Just wanted to ask for a miracle - I'm taking Mari to the Breastfeeding Doctor I went to a while ago (who I email back and forth) for sleeping help.
Yea, she's still not sleeping - I refuse to complain anymore, but I am still trying desperately to resolve the issue.
I truly hope she does something ground breaking and gets Mari to sleep somehow - I actually have had a migraine for like 5 days straight from sheer exhaustion. The doc is absurdly expensive, and takes no insurance, but she's helped me every-single-time I've had to call her (except with not knowing what to do about my sour milk situation).
And here's my question.
Anyone sidecar their crib? I need details. I'm thinking about doing this because after tossing the idea back and forth of just converting her crib to its full-size bed, I decided that's not the best idea.
Re: Borderline Hypochondriac and a Question
I don't know anything about sidecar-ing but... when I have any ongoing problemns like this, I always go back to basics, and start there.
Black out curtains, white noise or the "baby crack" machine, room temp, eliminate gas and teething pains...
Do you have a jumper swing or exersaucer? We used those to tire Lil Miss out.
GL!
OMG. Cris. I am so sorry. I don't know what to say. This is so frustrating. Tons of sleeping vibes for Miss Mari. I can't even imagine.
How often is she awake at night? What happened after Ferber? Did you ever try to just CIO? No checking on her where she can see you?
I agree with Rene too, back to basics. Try to get a white noise machine that doesn't turn off. I still need to find one too for naptime.
I'm so sorry for the migrines - I'm sure that isn't easy. Hope you get some answers - thinking about you and sending hugs.

ask about sidecarring on the AP board, I know a bunch of girls do it there.

This exactly. I'm so sorry you guys are having such a hard time and I hope you find a solutions soon!
Thanks ladies! The doctor recommended completely changing up her nighttime routine and ferberizing (again) for a week straight among 9,000 other things we can try... before we get to that point, I think we're going to try side-carring. Thanks for the links, morgan - the youtube video was very helpful.
Now lets see if Peter goes for it, lol.
