F/U to dessert-only Thanksgiving

Mom nixed the pumpkin cheesecake and the triple chocolate cake (I can't believe I'm related to this woman). Dad wanted the pecan pie with lots of vanilla bean ice cream. We've settled on a pecan pie and the apple dumplings, and I'll just have to find other occasions to make the rest. DH suggested I make one every weeek between now and Christmas. Sounds like a plan :)

    One a week sounds awesome.  And like Nikki said, I can't fathom why anyone would want to nix the chocolate cake  :)

    How do you manage to bake so much with a little bebe??

    You and tbird make me feel laaaaaaaazy. I am wondering how in the world I am going to get the 4 dozen cookies made for my work holiday cookie exchange!

    Good on ya. And if you want to bake an extra 5 dozen cookies and send them my way, feel free!

    She's a good napper, and DH watches her for chunks of time over the weekends. Plus the grandparents will be here tomorrow!

    I'm in the mood for oatmeal cranberry white chocolate chip cookies, so if I get a few dozen done, I'll let you know ;)
