What is your opinion on home teeth whitening kits while PG. I've used the generic target one w/ no reactions before i was KU.My dentist won't do zoom in his office whole I'm PG, but said a home kit would be ok. I wanted to see what you thought before I bug my OB.

    ::butting in:: my OB said no home whitening kits :(  he said there aren't enough studies on it to know for sure if its safe or not.

    We tell our patients to wait until after pregnancy & BFing are both finished.  Like Mel said, there just hasn't been any research done to really know if they are safe or not.  I am counting down the days (months!) until I can whiten mine too!
