I feel so spoiled. I am eating the best meals ever! She just made homemade dougnuts and they are warm and glazed and o.m.g.

Jealous!! My MIL wants us to go out for Thanksgiving... seriously, we spent that much money on plane tickets so that we can go to a restaurant? Ugh DH loves going to my family because they actually cook everyday!

OK, full disclosure: not that i will necessarily have the motivation to attempt the recipe, but still. Just knowing it's there and highly recommended would be pretty excellent.

I dont know if I would ever make it...she spent a hour last night making the dough, then had to get up early to cut them out and let them rise, then more time frying them and making the glaze! very labor intensive!!! I'll see if I can wrangle up the recipe!!

I have known my husband 10 years and this is the first time she's ever made them, Now she's limping around the kitchen because he knee her so bad from standing. I feel so bad!!! She loves making things for her family though! Very southern!! Love it though!

I am so jealous of your husband right now! My friends were at the game last night! I've only met one of the players at a bar once. But when I lived in Cali and they played the Lakers I was there. I didn't miss a game when I knew they were in LA. I love going to the games in SA. If he gets pictures I want to see. Although right now I'm sad with Tony Parker. But as long his heads in the game that is all I care about. GO SPURS GO!

yeah he was so sad when he heard about eva and tony, He wanted to try to get me eva's autograph is she was there. I'm a big desperate housewives fan! I'll post if he gets some good ones!! I'm jealous I cant go with him...stupid bedrest.

After I found out I was preggo we went camping and my husband's cousin made us some donuts by using cans of biscuit dough. We used a water bottle lid to cut the hole out of the centers and fried all the pieces. May not be quite as good as your homemade and rghtisen ones but my taste buds didn't know the difference!! Hmm...I guess I know what I'm doing in the morning. . . (or late tonight) lol
