I've gained SEVEN pounds so far. SEVEN. Incredible. It's due to the fact that my m/s is severe unless I'm eating at every moment. Due to fatigue, I'm not planning my meals like usual and eating out way more often. We eat healthy, but I can't bring myself to do the extra work recently! So far, some ideas I've been using:
-cheese sticks and a few peanuts
-cucumbers and hummus (or baby carrorts and hummus)
-cottage cheese and fruit
Any other ideas? I'm going to have to eat a little every hour or two until this m/s hunger passes--or else I pass out, which is not good.

Have you ever had a Green Monster Smoothie? They're AMAZING and full of nutritious spinach. Depending on how you make it they can be reasonably low in calories. https://greenmonstermovement.com/?page_id=581

Apples with cheese
yogurt and granola
My favorite snack is always a sliced pear and a handful of walnuts, maybe a stick of colby cheese.
I 2nd Special K crackers
Nutri-grain bars
Cherry tomatoes, I love them whole and plain so they *pop* in your mouth

fruit smoothie

make your own trail mix
I love the Cliff Kidz snack bars, they are lowfat and low calorie and you can get a chocolate fix in
low fat yogurt with grape nuts for that added crunch
popcorn- airpopped
egg white omlette and the lowfat laughing cow cheese
I haven't had m/s, but I do get sick from the prenatal vit. sometimes and feel like I'm going to yack unless I eat something even after taking the vit. right after breakfast. What's worked for me is:
cheesesticks
apples
yogurt
