First cycle after M/C ??

Hey ladies, I have a question.  I had a M/C mid Oct.  First time being KU and first M/C.  I have worked through all the emotional stuff and I am ok with the whole experience.  However I am now on cycle day 35  with 2 BFN's and I have NEVER had a cycle that long.  (except when I was KU I was on day 40)  I haven't been charting this month way to much going on.  So I have no idea where i am at.  I guess my question is after you M/C is it typical to have a longer cycle or are your cycles screwy for a bit?

    Yes it normal.  Most doctors say it can take up to 8 weeks to get your first post m/c period.  My normal cycles are 28 days.  I didn't get my period after my m/c until day 36.  I haven't gotten my second period yet, but I've heard that some people have weird cycles for awhile.

    My doc warned me that it could be up to 4-6 weeks before AF shows her face.  Said its normal for there to be a little adjustment after a m/c.

    My cycles are usually 24-26 days and my first cycle after my first m/c was 41 days.  I charted and didn't ovulate either, and I have never had an annovulatory cycle other than that one.  It got back on track the next cycle, although I did ovulate a little later than was typical.

    I am still waiting for AF this cycle, but I'm only 3 weeks out.
