Does anyone know if USABaby has sales on their furniture often? I know they had a big sale yesterday that was extended through tomorrow, but we are not ready to purchase furniture just yet. Thanks.

    yes, they do. But you'll find better customer service at pretty much any other store.

    I 2nd that.  If you're set on buying it there, ask the sales person what sales are coming up. 

    My issues with them involved extremely slow shipping, which was not exactly their fault, but it took an extra 6 weeks from the longest point of their estimate and I had to call weekly to get updates.  Plus they didn't inform me of the extra charges to deliver the furniture up the stairs.  And they pretty much didn't deal with any of the quality issues that we had with our dresser and crib.

    We bought through them and they had ours in stock.  We went back the next weekend (with a bigger vehicle) to get it and the crib was further discounted.  They ended up giving us store credit with which I bought a bunch of the clearanced accessories to our bedding set.  They were really helpful, although it's always busy and there aren't enough staff! :o)
