My mom offered to pay for a nighttime baby nanny the first week we bring home the twin girls, and we will be interviewing a few candidates next week. So I am just curious if any of you had a list of questions you printed out or wrote out to ask? I feel pretty weird about someone even staying at my house to be honest but I know it will be a big help for us. If you have a list of questions that would be such great help- thanks so much!
Re: Did you have a list of questions you asked when interviewing a night nurse?
I have'nt had a night nurse, though sometimes I wish we had!!, but I did want to say that in my opinion the first couple of weeks weren't so bad because you are excited to be with the babies and aren't sleep deprived yet. Also the babies are very sleepy the first couple of weeks. I would have LOVED some help like weeks 3 and 4 instead. Just something to think about.
Good luck and congrats on the awesome Grandma gift!
