Bit at daycare

My poor baby got bit on her head at daycare yesterday. Sad She is fine but I really didn't think that biting started this early??? I know little ones are curious but ugh. I thought this would come later.

The daycare report said that her friend went to kiss her and bit her instead.  So I asked ok what "really" happened and they said that a friend was pulling up and decided to taste her. Rachel had a red mark about 1.5 inches log on her temple almost all day yesterday, it's gone today though.

  • Awwww. Poor baby is right! Hope it was just a one time thing and her little friend doesn't do it again.

  • Oh...poor baby!  Although I'm having a hard time envisioning someone biting another person on the HEAD!  How does that even work?

Me too... I'm guessing that they slid down the slide of her head with their mouth open?

  • Damn that sucks!  I haven't encountered that yet at daycare but S is in a daycare with older kids so maybe they don't bite, not sure what age it manifests...anyway glad Rachel didn't get bit too badly.

This. Poor thing! What a shock to think you are getting a love and you get bit!

  • Please give her a kiss from her Bump Auntie to make her feel better!

I have a hilarious photo of a friend's son who was 10 months at the time seriously gnawing on Matt's head (he didn't have teeth).
