Quinoa

Has anyone eaten quinoa?  I was thinking about giving it a try since it's apparently really nutritious.  Just wondering how it tastes...

Re: Quinoa

  • I like it. I don't think it tastes like much - like rice or couscous, and I use it in the same ways. You need to add something to it or it won't have much flavor

LOL!  I've just started hearing about it.  I love carbs, but I really need more protein so I think I'll give this a shot.  I plan to cook it in chicken stock and add veggies to it.  I'm gonna make it for Hailey too and see how she likes it.
