At 11 dpiui I had a BFN. This morning was 13dpiui and I got up and POAS on a FRER - it was 5:30 am b/c I wanted to use FMU and I was off to the gym. After 3 minutes I quickly looked at it w/ DH and didn't see a second line - though I only turned on the side light in our room b/c DH was going back to sleep. When I got home from the gym about 90 minutes later, I pulled the test out of the trash and there is a very faint line.
I've never had an evap line on any POAS i've used (and trust, me I always go back to check). Is an evap line usually really faint? dark? how do I know? I'll test again tomorrow, beta isn't until Sunday, but since we're between insurance right now I wasn't going to do the beta unless I had a BFP on a POAS.
Any thoughts other than testing again tonight or tomorrow?
Re: Evap line v. BFP line?
Hey legal. It sounds like you could be KU to me. I never have had evap lines and I def check the trash after I throw them out. If I were you I would go get a digital and take it in 2/3hrs.
Let us know what you decide to do! I hope this is it for you
Me - DX Hashimoto's Disease, Hypothyroid, Rheumatoid Arthritis
DH - DX Azoospermia - Sertoli Cell Syndrome
DS-IUI #1-4 BFN IVF #1 - BFP! It's a boy!!!
I've had evap lines on internet cheapie hpts. The evap lines were grey in color. Does the line you see have some color to it?
I hope this is the real deal!
It's definitely has a pink tint to it - DH even agrees.
We were also talking that I triggered with HCG on Friday morning at 9:30ish, I had my IUI on Saturday at noon - so only about 27ish hours later, so I didn't likely O until saturday evening. So I'm more likely only 11 or 12 dpo, even though it's 13dpiui...we of course BD on Saturday night and sunday afternoon.
That was my last FRER so I'm going to pick up a pack after work today - I've got a digital, but I'll hold off on that. Thanks!
I found this website yesterday that talks all about this.

but I agree that you should prob test again to know for sure.
