I have been getting daily headaches since about week 11 or 12 (going on 4 weeks straight!). I have spoken to my OB and she says it isn't uncommon and to make sure I am drinking plenty of water. She said it is too early for preeclampsia and I am not anemic and I should just take tylenol (which doesn't really help). Has anyone else had this? I had it for about a week when I was pregnant with my son, but this is much longer and more intense. Does anyone know if this is suppose to be correlated with a boy or girl baby....or is that all nonsense?
Re: Daily headaches...is this a gender thing?
Nonsense!
I know the feeling though... I had terrible headaches up until about 19 weeks! Hope you start to feel better soon.
nonsense.

It's complete and utter none sense...and anyone that would even entertain this idea has me really wondering about them, and not in good "I can't wait to get to know this person" kind of way.
Headaches happen with pregnancy it's nothing special or unique to the sex of the baby. They suck and that's that. There are lots of ways to deal with the headaches, massage, ice, caffeine etc.
I had pretty bad headaches at the start of 2nd tri. Everyday for a few weeks. And then one day, they just kind of went away.
Cope however you can and hope they go away soon.
Also, my dr suggested bringing my computer screen more to eye level so I'm not looking down at it and getting a more supportive pillow. Both helped relieve the tension in my neck, which helped ease up my headaches.
Kisses to you Baz.
Right back at you.
Headaches and gender sound like an OWT.
I had bad headaches in the 2nd Tri. and my Dr. wrote me a Rx for Tylenol 3's (Tylenol with codeine) which took the headaches away, OTC Tylenol didn't do anything for me.
