Advice on Progesterone Suppositories?

I had my progesterone levels checked yesterday, and they came back at the low end of normal for being 4-6 weeks pregnant.  Anyone have any advice for me?  I will start them on Friday night.  TIA!

    You have to wear a panty liner unfortunately.  I usually put mine in after I get out of the shower in the AM and right before bed in PM.  If you have too much "leakage," I've heard waking up 1 hr early and put it in so you are laying down for an hour first...But I didn't have a bad leakage problem.  HTH!

    My OB gave me the choice b/w taking the suppository or oral version and I chose the oral. I've been taking the pills since Monday night and so far, I feel great. I am not very good with suppositories so I am glad I had a different option.

    ETA: I meant to say that I don't need a panty liner w/ the oral version Big Smile.  Hopefully it stays that way too!  I read some of the possible side effects with the oral version, like dizziness and nausea.  I am experiencing the same amount of this stuff as before I started taking the supplements.

    They gave me a terrible yeast infection and you cannot treat it except putting monistat on the outside so I have been so miserable. My RE just changed me to the oral thank God! so hopefully this yeast infection will clear up!

    They have been making me spot a little in the morning every once in awhile so that has been freaking me out a lot.  Also, definitely agree with the panty liner suggestion.  I feel like stuff is leaking out most of the day and it's starting to get annoying.  I am on them twice a day so I put them in when I put DD down for her nap so that I can sit for awhile after and then right before I go to bed.  They have really irritated me too so when I visit the OB next I think I am going to ask for the oral supplements.

    Get an applicator!!! If nothing else just go to CVS and buy some pre-seed to get the little applicator things. Or see if they have some at the pharmacy. Try to do it at night if possible because while you are lying down in bed it does not leak as much but you do have some serious leakage anyway.
