Breastpads and cloth diapers

Does anyone have cloth breastpads?  If so, do you wash them with your regular laundry or with your cloth diapers?

I have been washing mine with the regular laundry, but they seem to have a yellowish build-up on them.  I'm wondering if they would wash up better with the diapers???

    I put mine in lingerie bag and wash them with my white (undies and such) I wash them on hot and do a double rinse, just cause thats how I have always done my whites

    I do, and I throw them in with the clothes most of the time.  But we use the same detergent for both (tide he).  Do you use lanolin?  Could it be build up from that?

    No, I don't use lanolin.  I was putting them in a lingerie bag, though, and they clumped together.  I stopped doing that now, but they haven't cleaned up any better.
