depends, are you pronouncing it "riley/rylee" or more like "raylee" if it's riley personally i think it works for both and love the name. If it's raylee I'd say girl.... (sorry for my stupidity, but pronunciation changes a lot)

If it is a name that you really like then go with it. When I was pregnant with Talon I asked on the 1st tri board what people thought of his name and they did not like it at all. I have always loved his name and in the long run that is what really counts.

Ditto the made up part. Not a huge fan of it. But really whom am I to talk??? lol. Most people HATE dd name! As long as you like it, that is all that matters!

It would be pronounced as ray-lee. My pitiful, made up girl name post got a star!! I still like it though. I guess because that person always went by their last name, I am used to it. The thing is, he was going by this name way before the name Riley became super popular. Thanks again, I always like to hear everyone's thoughts!!

I was going to say girl name as well and I pronounced it "ray-lee" also. I think the spelling is a little funny. It also kind of reminded me of the word "rally".
