DS won't keep shoes on...help

We have a few kinds of shoes for DS (lace up, elastic on top, velcro) and it seems like he'll keep them on for about 5 seconds before pulling the shoes off and then the socks.  This morning I put his shoes on 4 times before school.

Any ideas on shoes that actually will stay on??  He's not walking, so I wouldn't care as much but as soon as the shoes come off he pulls the socks off and throws them as well.  I hate the idea of him going barefoot all day since it's getting cold outside.

    I'd love to hear some ideas because my LO does the same thing!  He just loves being barefoot!

    DD used to be the same way, but the more I have been putting shoes on her, the more she is getting used to them.  And, she used to take her socks off too but now that it's gotten colder, she leaves them on all day.  Just keep putting them on and hopefully he will get used to them..

    This. Instead we now here DS screaming in his carseat because he can't get his shoes and socks off.
