What are the chances that you could miscarry after seeing the heartbeat? We had an ultrasound last week and everything looked great. The babies were measuring right on track at 6w4d and we saw the little heartbeats. Today all of a sudden my appetite is back and I don't feel many other symptoms. I have another u/s in 2 weeks and am worried that something will have changed by then. I don't have cramping or bleeding...honestly I feel nothing. Maybe that's the problem I just don't feel pregnant! Anyone else feel this way?

For women with no vaginal bleeding, most estimates suggest that the odds or having a miscarriage after seeing a heartbeat are about 4%. For women with vaginal bleeding but also a detected heartbeat on ultrasound, risk of miscarriage is about 13% according to one study.

Relax, what do you want to bet your nasty symptoms will be back and you will relish in the day you freaked out over nothing.
I'm just as paranoid as you. Had my u/s on Tuesday and then yesterday felt slight cramps and left work early I was so nervous. I ended up taking a 3 hour nap and feeling better... then had m/s at night but this morning have been feeling better...
it's so hard not to overanalyze everything and worry, but I think having seen the heartbeat we should be really happy. I heard you have a 5% chance if you are under the age of 30 and healthy after seeing a heartbeat. (of course I did have a m/c last year after seeing the hearbeat due to chromosome problem) but 95% of people don't have one, so why can't we be that 95%percent.
