Funny Couples Shower games?

I tried posting this on the baby showers game, but I don't think that board gets much action..

 My sister is graciously hosting a couples shower for us, and she would really like us to play a few games... Anyone know of any appropriate for an adult "cocktail party" shower that doesn't involve a paper, pencil or thinking?! We're trying to come up with fun no-brainers that will have everyone laughing and that no one will completely dread taking part in (if there is such a thing...I hate shower games!)

    I know I'm jumping over a few days early... but... I ran across this game suggestion when I threw a baby shower for my cousin earlier in the year. We didn't end up playing it because everyone was having too much fun socializing, but it looks like it would be fun especially for a co-ed party... especially when alcohol is involved! It involves a stroller, a baby doll, and an obstical course. HTH.

    This may require paper, pen and thinking but I think a "Newlyweds" type game would be really fun...depending on how many couples.

    Baby Shower Taboo- Would only require printing the cards ahead of time and people can get involved as much or as little as they want!

    This but the last step was drinking a beer out of a baby bottle....(tip: size 1 nipples are too small!)

    Haha! The boys did this at my babyshower last weekend. It was ridiculous!

    Pin the sperm on the egg.  I went to a shower that had that and it was hilarious!

    Diaper Designer- Divide people into teams and give each team a roll of toilet paper. Choose one person to be "diapered". Team members try to craft the best diaper using nothing but toilet paper.
