Did you feel the need to buy a movement monitor?

I'm in the process of deciding if I should just buy a summer video monitor, a snuza for each baby, or just suck it up with the price and get both. The angel care seems nice, but difficult with twins. What did you do?

  • I have a summer video monitor and the snuza go.  I used the Angelcare Monitor with DS1 and felt very secure with it.  I am paranoid about SIDS.  It was fine with him, but with twins I want the option of having them sleep together so we went with the Snuza go.

  • They are going to co-sleep while in our room, but once we move them into their own room, they will sleep in their own cribs.

We have two Angelcare monitors. I used it with my DD and LOVED it.

  • we have the angelcare and love them. It's not difficult with twins at all. We just have one set with the sound monitor and then just have a second sensor pad. They sleep in separate cribs though which is a requirement for it to work.
