A friend of mine posted a pic of a whole line of deer strung up- best part was she put it in her "pets" album. I literally laughed out loud.
I have a redneck husband, who has a redneck family, and have redneck friends- I'm used to the dead animal pictures.
Fuuck TTC - I'm moving on.

"Ew. I've read all of two posts from you, and you stink like rotting garbage."

LOL "pets"
I have most of DH's family hidden from my feed (partially for reasons like this). This one popped up out of nowhere and caught me by surprise cause it was a girl from college. I'm getting used to them but it doesn't make it anymore enjoyable.
My cousin's SIL recently got married. They had a redneck wedding. The backdrop behind the head table was a huge mural of the bride and groom beside their best kills from last hunting season, and the center pieces were made from deer antlers.

Excellent. I shall do this if DH ever actually shoots another one that he manages to track down.
You should have been with me on my way home today Rachel- I was following a truck with 3 in the back. I did contemplate if there was a way I could steal one for DH.
I had every intention of calling one of my uncles-in-law had the deer that hit my car actually died instead of getting up and running off this spring. I'm looking out for them. I know what they think "good eatin' " is.
His one uncle told me I didn't aim right or I would've had it. I told him I'd try better next time. lol
I don't think I even have a 'friend of a friend' who hunts, at least not since I moved from Wisconsin. My friends are uptight city people managing their CSA shares by asking for recipes for weird squashes and gay male attorneys who get manicures. I wish I could switch fFB identities with you for a day!!!
DH cousin (and my best friend before I even met DH) used to be this uber-girly-girl all through junior high and high school, and now her and her redneck husband are in love with his truck and consider a 'resort' somewhere they have full hookups for their trailer. She actually has wedding pics where she is holding her prize rifle.
And I cheer for the deer every time they come home empty handed!!!
I guess I'm in the minority here I like seeing the pictures of all the deer that my friends/family get!
Of course, this is coming from someone who hunts. Oh, and I recently watched while DH shot a doe with his bow, then helped him carry it out of the woods and held the flashlight while he field dressed it.
Re: Ah... yes. Hunting season + FB

Most of this minus the husband part. Pretty boy won't get dirty.

That is redneckery at it's finest.

My BIL takes a picture of every kill. Every year. And posts it on FB, regardless of whether there is blood everywhere or not.
Another bullet point on the list of reasons I don't eat venison anymore.
