Grocery shopping

Good afternoon ladies! Hope everyone is doing good!

I have got to tell you how difficult I have found it to grocery shop since becoming pregnant. The most random things that I have never bought are now finding there way into my cart and into my home. Anyone else just buying random things? Also, maybe doing it before lunch time wasn't a good idea. I couldn't wait to get home and pour some salsa all over some pierogie's!

    Yep! Yesterday my cart consisted of strawberry syrup, salted peanuts, a block of cheddar and ice cream. I only went to the store for milk! LOL

    Now that's a combo I haven't tried! :)

    I'm not having as hard of a time grocery shopping, yay for a list, but actually preparing and eating the food on my plan is not happening . . .

    Oh my gosh, I am having the same thing happening. I actually told my DH yesterday to never let me go to the store by myself again. I mean if I even felt like it sounded good I bought it. Disaster! Hahaha!

    Yeah I am having the same issue.  Things I never liked before sound good, and find there way into my cart.

    It just is really bad when I go to make dinner and find ABSOLUTELY nothing to eat because it is ALL random snack foods! It's good to know I'm not the only one buying random things!

    Haha, me too! We have such random junk food and Lucky Charms in our cupboards now.  I *really* need to go buy food that I can make into a dinner. Stick out tongue

    If its not written down I forget to buy it, things that sound good at the beginning of my trip don't always by the end, and I had to buy stinky lip gloss so I didn't have to smell other shoppers ;)

    yesterday they were roasting chicken though, and it smelled ok and blocked some other offending smells!  I almost bought a chicken...

    I've bought a ton of salt & vinegar chips in the last few weeks, it's ridiculous.  It helps with my nausea, so I guess I shouldn't complain.  I am just glad it's nothing more than that!

    I cant go into the store without  gagging either ...I can barely stand to watch food commercials and my fav channel food network ..is now gross to watch  !!
