After I gave birth to DS (1 yr and 4 months ago), I was left with wrinkly and loose skin in my abdominal area. Will exercise help tighten this up? I've started doing cardio and weight training, and I eat a healthy, balanced diet.
lots and lots of water will help. You're going to want to drink it almost constantly and eventually your body will get used to this and crave large amounts of water.
