I want some opinions - PIP & Clicky

So my DH is in the woods hunting deer this week. He already got a big one last weekend but now wants a doe. Anyways...he emailed me this morning that he had a big pimple on his leg (the size of a dime) and it hurt really bad. I asked him to send me a pic. This is what he sent (I made it big so you might need to scroll to the right to see both marks):

I work with my MIL and she thinks it is either

a) spider bite(s)

b) staph infection

I have no idea...but it doesn't look like pimples to me. He's going to draw a circle around them and if they get even bigger he'll come home early to see a doctor.

Some sort of insect bite. The mark on the bottom looks lot like a tick bite.

May-be a festered hair? Those can hurt if they get infected. Ouch....it looks painful!

It looks like a bite or maybe ingrown hairs...ouch!

DITTO tick bite... if you are concerned about staph infection, mark where the red is now (with pen) see if it continues to spread.

DH has had staph before, and that doesn't look like it to me. More of a bite of some kind.

I wouldn't mess around with anything that looked like that. 2 years ago I had something similar on my leg that I thought was a spider bite and it turned out to be MRSA.
