We love unique names. NOTHING common or traditional.
We are having a hard time coming up with names we LOVE for both boy and girl that go with Brighton.
So throw out ANYTHING you think might go nicely ![]()
Also, I in no way want opinions on the name Brighton. We love it and clearly chose to use it, so please feel free to leave your comments about "NMS" out. ![]()

Umm...is there something you haven't blogged about???
ETA: FWIW, anyone who "knows" you and knows your journey and has followed you blog for as long as I have...3+ years...they would know that Brighton fits your adorable little boy perfectly.

Hey May! I happen to love Brighton and I know for a fact it fits that little guy to a T!
I like Greek names, like Penelope, Calliope, Antigone, Persephone, etc.
I was heavily into Jeanette Oke books as a teenager, and one of my favorites was A Woman Named Damaris. That name is from the bible and I chose it as my Spanish name in HS, and it has always stuck with me. I also like just plain Maris (I have met 2 girls named Maris in my whole life).
I don't really have any unusual boy names that I like enough to mention, we are using Elias or Elliot for this one, neither is too unique.
WHAT?!?!? Youre kidding right?
Not sure about Salinger, but I have met people named Tuesday and Holland, and Magic for Marigold is one of my favorite LM Montgomery books (it is about a little girl named Marigold after the doctor who delivered her). I like all three of them.
