Which hospital are you looking at being affiliated with?
My ob/gyn is a Beaumont doctor. Dr Becky Smith, her office is located in the new Beaumont Building on the corner of Hall(M59) & Tilch Rd.
St Clair Shores Obgyn (Dr Kefalonitis). They're St John docs. They have a Macomb Twp office and one in St Clair Shores (obviously). I can't say enough about these doctors. Dr K discovered a breast cyst I had during my yearly exam. I never would have noticed it b/c it was small. I ended up needing surgery and I'm so thankful she caught it. When I was pg I had a very high risk pg full of complications. I won't bore you with the details but these doctors spotted all of my issues before they became a big problem. They sent me to a high risk specialist when it was appropriate and coordinated my care with the MFMs. I was really glad they weren't the kind of doctors that get offended when you ask for a referral.
I currently go to Oakland Macomb Ob-gyn. Love them!! But, I used to see Dr. Mimi Chen-I loved her too. She is in Clinton Township now, but used to be in Warren. She was great too. Dr. Chen deliver out of Mt. Clemens General (a bit too far from my house).
Oakland Macomb Ob-gyn delivers out of Troy Beaumont. I now see Dr. Love, but I love all the doctors there-Dr. Stark, Dr, McBride, Dr. Morgan-there are more and I saw all of them when I was pregnant. They are super!
I go to Eastside GYN/OB in Roseville on Little Mack and 13 Mile. They also work out of an office in Macomb, but I have never gone there. There are about 10 doctors in the practice and I have seen about half of them there. They are all really great, nice and friendly. They work out of St. Johns, GP Beaumont and some work out of Cottage in GP as well.
This is my doc too. Highly recommend.
