Good morning ladies! Happy Wednesday. How is everyone today? I am beginning to think the Clomid didn't do anything. My temps are mirroring my temps from last cycle and I am getting nervous it will be another long, anovulatory cycle
I sure hope I am wrong.
Well Thanksgiving is almost here. What is your favorite thing about the holiday? Mine is being around family. We don't get to see DH's family much, especially our niece, who seems to grow 10 inches each time we see her.

Re: Waiting to O Ladies
I hope the Clomid works for you- fingers and toes crossed.
It is CD 2. AF is in full force and I am just hoping she chills out a bit by Friday because I am supposed to go away for a girls weekend at a yoga retreat center.
Thanksgiving has always been one of my favorite holidays although I can't quite pinpoint what I love about it...I love too cook and have lots of people around. I guess it is just generally the whole feel of it.
This year we are staying home and none of my family will be attending, but we are having our friends and their 20 month old (who also don't have family in the area) over, so it will be a fun misfits TG.
I really hope that Clomid will work for you this cycle. Hang in there!
My fave thing about the holidays is also seeing family. My immediate family is all alone in NJ and everyone else is either in Ohio or Las Vegas. This year we're seeing everyone in Ohio... I haven't seen them since my cousin got married last Sept.
I hope the Clomid works for you, I'll keep my fingers crossed for you!
My favorite thing about Thanksgiving is the food.
Hey, I'm being honest. I also obviously like spending time with my family, but there have been so many emotional outbursts and issues around the holidays, that it also makes me tense, hoping that everything stays even keeled.
This year, we're traveling to DHs family for the official day, then spending some time with my family that weekend. I just hope that I get through it all with a smile on my face!
The good news is that I might have O'ed early this cycle. It could just be another pre-O fake out, but with my temp shift and the OPKs possibly positive, I'm going to cross my fingers that it happens soon. It would be great to O before we leave for the holiday!
Good morning! I hope the Clomid works for you!
I am still waiting..on day 27, I am feeling some dull pain on my right side, I was hoping yesterday was my day, but no temp spike this morning. Maybe today!
My favorite thing about the holidays is spending time with family. We are hosting Thanksgiving at our house for the first time, thank God my mom is coming to vist to help me with the turkey!
Good Morning WI-mommy! I'm here at CD 50 and still no ovulation, blah. It stinks, but at least I'm charting this cycle so I know what's going on.
We're staying at DH's family cabin this weekend, with no way to BD so I really hope that isn't the time when my body decides to ovulate! But that would be my luck
I hope the clomid works for you and you start to see something soon! GL!
I hope you are wrong too!!
I guess it?s back to CD1 and waiting to O for me. I still have about 25 days left until I O, so I will be on periodically. My favorite thing about the holidays is the food, and being with family, and relaxing on my days off. I love the long weekends that the holidays bring. At least I know I can drink for the next 37 days?..
Yay! I can officially join the thread!
I hope the Clomid works WI-Mommy!
What I love about Thanksgiving is family, food, drinks, fun!! We also trek out to the Christmas Tree Farm to get our tree.
I am predicting a +opk Sunday at the earliest. We decided to do EOD no matter what and now I am second guessing myself.
Good morning! Hoping that the Clomid does work for you this cycle!!
I'm on CD20 and since I'm not temping, I don't know if i ovulated yet or not - I was crampy the past 2 days so I'm thinking I did already, but will wait a few days to move on. I've been sneaking OPKs (we agreed not to use them this month either), but I'm not doing them regularly so I don't know how much I can rely on them.
My favorite thing about Thanksgiving is seeing our family. We switch off between families every year and this year we're with mine. We don't all get together that often so I'm looking forward to it!

Morning ladies!
WI I hope the Clomid does work for you this cycle! Fingers are crossed. I am on CD4 and my temp today was one of my BBT's favorites...happy happy! Good thing it doesn't matter too much right now! Should be Oing next weekend which is fine since we won't be traveling out of town. DH started to feel a tad better last night so lets hope he is ready to go next week!
I love getting together with family although not that we are all older it is just a couple of us as everyone goes in five different directions.
Oh and the food!
Can I join in?
Hoping the clomid does its job for you!
This is my first cycle at my goal weight, and I'm worried that the weight loss isn't going to make a difference, that I'm going to have another annov. cycle that goes on forever. But I'm trying to be hopeful - doc says it can take 3 months for all my hormones to go back to normal.
My favorite part of Thanksgiving is the food! We usually travel to see our family, meaning that we have to get on a plane and deal with all the crowds and chaos. But this year we're staying home and having Thanksgiving dinner with some good friends and I could not be more excited! We'll miss our families, but not all the stress that comes with traveling. And if I do actually O, we won't miss our window
Good Morning,
Fingers crossed and good luck on the clomid! Not much going on here, I expect to O about this time next week and will start taking OPKs this weekend.
My favorite thing about Thanksgiving is my Grandma's sour cream mashed potatoes. Unfortionately we are having Thanksgiving with H's family, but it's because his mom just moved back to MI after being in AZ for 4 years and only seeing us twice so it's worth it.
Happy Wednesday! I really hope you're wrong about the Clomid. Hopefully, your ovaries get in gear soon!!
I'm really early in my cycle, so I'm just waiting for AF to leave. She was extremely heavy on Monday
I'm starting to drink pom juice now. I'm thinking of trying pineapple core, too. Obviously, I'm optimistic that I will O this cycle, haha!
My absolute favorite holiday is Thanksgiving! And it's not about the food. It's OK, except pumpkin pie! It's just everything about it. The family, the preparation, the beginning of Christmas, watching the parade, etc.
8 more days!
Good Morning.
I am on CD10 and have o'd at CD16 the last two months but I stopped BC in August so I am not sure if this month will be the same.
I love spending time with Family at Thanksgiving and this year we are going to spend the weekend following thanksgiving in Atlantic City for my Bday,
Good luck and I hope the Clomid works for you.
My favorite thing about the holidays is getting a break from work. Since we live near my family, we spend Thanksgiving with DH's family. They own a cabin on Lake Cumberland, so we make the 6 1/2 hour drive down, but its soooo worth it. The weather is always 10 degress warmer than it is here, and its so peaceful down there.
I hope the Clomid works for you!
AF is finally over...now the wait to O begins. I hope it's a shorter wait this month...CD23 and CD26 were when I O'd the last two cycles.
I love seeing family. This year we're making the trip to DH's parents. Both of his brothers and their wives will be there, and even though it's a 10-hour drive, I'm looking forward to seeing everyone.
BFP 12/10/10 - DD1 8/16/11
BFP 10/29/13 - c/p 11/2/13
BFP 11/29/13 - DD2 7/18/14
BFP 3/20/18 - DS1 due 12/2/18
Good morning all!
Waiting for my first cross-hairs. Chart/temps are super funky but based on what I've learned from you all, that's completely normal!!
Favorite thing about Thanksgiving is the pie. And the football. We won't get either of those this year - Kenyans, understandably, don't celebrate American Thanksgiving.
Currently back stateside but missing Kenya!
Good morning all! I'm on CD 9 and ready to hump it out next week!
I love watching all the kids in the family open their gifts and eating such delicious meals that my grandparents make! I'm rally looking forward to Thanksgiving this year though because we are going to DH's grandmothers house! I have never been to her house on Thanksgiving and I love his cousins! So it should be a great time!
WI hoping the clomid works for you! Fingers crossed!
CD 5 here and AF was short and light this cycle! I like it!
I am especially excited about Thanksgiving this year because my mom's cousin and his mother from South America will be visiting us and we haven't seen them since our wedding over two years ago! They are some of our favorite family members and it's always a blast to have them around, and they love being able to join us for American holidays, so it's going to be fun at my parents' house. Then it's also going to be a special Thanksgiving at my IL's house as it's my niece and nephew's first Thanksgiving, so it will be all about family for us this year!
I've had lots of favorite temps this month as well and my BBT doesn't even have a favorite temp option. Don't forget I was taking Clomid this cycle too and I am just one day ahead of you. I have great hopes for both of us. ::Please please ovary gods makes this a good month.:: And you can holler at me if you ever need too.
Good Morning Ladies! I'm way early so just trying to focus on the holiday season. I'm drinking my green tea and had my first glass of pom juice this morning (eh, it was ok). What is pineapple core supposed to do?
I love Thanksgiving because it is the kickoff of the entire holiday season for me. We'll be traveling this year to visit my family which will be a lot of fun. I love the family time and the food (just like everyone else!). I'm expecting to O either next Sun or Mon which should be ok since we are returning home on Sat. Time will tell.
Did your doctor mention how long you would have to go into this cycle before getting assistance if it is annovulatory? Is he/she going to make you go another 60 days? I really hope you are wrong and you ovulate soon.
TTC since 2010
lots of IUIs and 1 IVF all BFNs
FET currently on hold
Pineapple core is supposed to help with implantation. You should eat 1/5 of the core each day from O until 5dpo. HTH!
Awww WiMommy im keeping my fingers crossed that your chart changes!!!
Ive started using the opks. Yesterday I woke up an hour later than suppose to and got to work late. Didnt have time to temp or POAS.. so I waited til night time to POAS. Hoping that I get a +opk soon...
So happy this week is almost over...
