Personally, I would avoid hot yoga during pregnancy. Even a couple degree shift in your body temperature can be dangerous during pregnancy, and all the hot yoga I've done (when not pregnant) made me quite overheated.
However, I think non-hot yoga (if you're used to it) or prenatal yoga are good choices during pregnancy. Just be sure to let the instructor know you're pregnant so they can offer modification for any poses that should be avoided during pregnancy.
I asked my doctor about this. I have two hot yoga options - more traditional bikram style at around 105 degrees, and a heated power vinyasa flow at around 95 degrees. She said to stick with the lesser of the two. I've seen women do heated Bikram classes throughout their pregnancy, so I'd ask your doctor specifically about your situation.
No! Just as you should not take a really hot bath, get in a hot tub, or a sauna, etc. I wouldnt chance it!!! Your body temp is brought up for a prolonged period of time, I stopped as soon as I found out.

This is exactly what I was going to say. This Summer we had an unusually hot year, and even though I was only pregnant for 2 months of it, I had ALL sorts of crazy reactions from the heat, like the worst case of hives I've ever seen. Our bodies are reacting so differently to things we normally do, so I'd take it easy and stick with traditional, air-conditioned yoga Although a session of hot yoga does sound absolutely amazing right now.
I love hot yoga, but I would absolutely not do it while pregnant. If you can't sit in a hot tub, I doubt 90 minutes in 105 degree heat is any safer. I would wait until after. There are so many other things you can do.
