omg go to sleep

in Babies: 9 - 12 Months
My daughter will NOT go to sleep. I'm exhausted and feel like I'm losing patience. I laid her in her crib but she screamed and tried to crawl out. I'm at a loss. Please help.

    I don't know that I have useful advice, but I feel for you.

    Have you tried getting her up and letting her have a quick play? I sometimes find that if I just let LO quickly burn off some steam, and then snuggle her to wind her back down she relaxes into sleep.

    It's like she forgets to fight it because I distract her with playing which also uses up some of her energy.
