Infertility

RE called with baby results:<

He said they were of a normal girl with no abnormalities. He said there is a chance that was just it picking up me, but he can't be 100% sure.

If they got the whole sack it would be the baby right? That's what he said, that he got it all. But the baby had been dead for around 2 weeks. Last time they didn't find anything at all and it had been 2 weeks. So I don't know what to think.

Makes me really sad. We were at dinner and I didn't hear my cell ring and he left a message. My post op and WTF isn't till Dec 7th, now I wish it were sooner, but don't think I will move it. It's a good day to call in sick.

Anyway, damn:< I guess we will getting RPL testing and it was a little girl, maybe:<

  • Thanks guys. My computer was acting up, so DH was looking at it.

The sad thing is we didn't really want to know what the baby was. Last time we didn't find out, so I think I really wanted to know, but DH didn't. But this time it was just on the voicemail. And I think it's worse to know.

I am sooo looking forward to this weekend.

I am glad you are all here and understand.

  • I'm sorry.  My last loss came back as a normal girl and it devasted me.  I just really wanted a more concrete answer.  I hope you get some answers from your RPL testing.

Kelly, Mom to Christopher Shannon 9.27.06, Catherine Quinn 2.24.09, Trey Barton lost on 12.28.09, Therese Barton lost on 6.10.10, Joseph Sullivan 7.23.11, and our latest, Victoria Maren 11.15.12

Secondary infertility success with IVF, then two losses, one at 14 weeks and one at 10 weeks, then success with IUI and then just pure, crazy luck.  Expecting our fifth in May as the result of a FET.
