What's the most useful information you've received from your FRG or equivalent?  What's the best support you've gotten?

    We get weekly updates from our FRG with info happening around post and other stuff. Most useful, info on DH's unit/company and what is going on right now or soon in the future. My FRG leader will do anything for anyone in the company. She feels that all the soldiers are "her soldiers" and so are their families. She is a wonderful support. While DH was deployed she jumped in her car and helped me out when I was rear-ended and had two kids in the car. She was there immediately and held my DD and helped her feel better.
