Place Names..any ideas?

in 2nd Trimester

My stepsons name is Brooklyn and we want to stick with the whole place name theme. We will find out what we are having on Sunday and as of right now we have a girl name picked out but as far as boy...its tough! Any of you ladies have some ideas? Thanks Big Smile

    Thanks ladies! These are all great! My fiance LOVES Kingston but I cannot get on board with that one! We found that Harlow is a place in England so if its a girl then her name will be Harlow Grace...I wanted Savannah Grace but he wouldnt get on board with that one! Austin is really cute and I had no idea that Weston was a place name! I love that one! Thanks again!

    IMO this is a terrible idea, but to each their own.  Where was the baby conceived?  That would be a good place to start.  My brother's (sort of) girlfriend is due 2 weeks before me and they are naming their baby Carson, if that helps.

    Aren't you worried that if you name your baby Harlow, people will think you're trying to copy Nicole Richie?

    This made me LOL. I think Trenton is a cute name but paired with Brooklyn the city connection would be obvious and then people would be like "why would you name your child after Trenton, NJ??

    Grayson (county), Houston and Dallas. Trenton is a city name in lots of states, not just Jersey. My nephew is named Trenton Garrett, but we call him Trent.

    My cousin's daughters are Aspen, Savannah (goes by Vanna), and Berlin. If she wouldn't have used them I would have for sure!

    I like about 20mins from a town called Weston.( Its a wealthy town as well, not that it matters) I like it as a boy name. And love Harlow for a girl.

    That's half the reason I suggested it. I don't think it's such a bad name, but I really don't like place names (sorry O.P.). The other names I was going to suggest were Bronx, Queens and Manhattan. Also Kalamazoo. But I thought I would be nice a post a name she could use. I'm from NJ and I think it's especially funny when someone names their kid Camden, cause have you ever been there? It was ranked #1 in the U.S. for violent crime a few years ago.
