  you might wanna call. i tried to take my daughter last year and when we got there, there wasnt a line but they told us there were no appointments available. It was weird to hear that santas schedule was full.

  I think you can at rochester village, somerset always seems crazy busy to me.  FYI great lakes crossing is super expensive.

  We were able to last year, and I don't remember if we had to make a donation or not. Maybe DH took care of it while I was with DD? I don't remember. DD was scared of Santa last year, and she isn't too keen on the idea of visiting him again, so we may skip it. But if its the same Santa as last year, he was a big ole perv. DD wouldn't go anywhere near him, so he had me sit on his lap to show DD it was ok, then put my arms around him, and then asked me to give him a kiss. DH thought it was hilarious, and kept snapping away as this was going on.
