Week 3! You go girl!  (Just wants to stay in shape)~ ~EveryWednesday - Workout 4 times a week- Spinning, Zumba, jumping rope and weights, CardioKickboxing. Also trying to track what i eat with a computer programeveryday.  5'5 (Weight 137) -Goal 120-ish ~~Elvirarivera08-- Walking andPole dancing class (just started, soo much fun) then going to join Zumba againafter that is over. My current weight is 144, goal weight is 125~~Fuzzy21 / Walking by myself orwith my dogs at least 3-4 times a week rain or shine! / Current weight:136  Goal weight: 126  Height 5'5"~ ~AshleyB609 / C25K ?   • I would like to be added.  I am also doing C25K and am starting week 3! I run three days a week and follow up with crunches and weights.  I have never ran before, but I really like this program.  I have about 10 lbs I want to loose!!
