I haven't had any luck finding PP support groups here in NJ. I'm pretty decent at digging up anything with google, but the local ones near me just don't seem to exist any longer.

Here are my suggestions - sorry if you have already tried them. https://postpartum.net/ Great resource! The other two suggestions I have are to call your local hospital and call your OB/GYN. They might know of a local support group that you can't find on the internet. GL, I hope you find one soon!
Are you in South Jersey, by chance? There's one at Virtua Hospital in Voorhees. I recommend you call the hospital where you delivered (if you delivered in a hospital) and ask them to help. If you are breastfeeding, you can call a lactation consultant in the area. Or maybe even a doula service. I'm sure they know some great resources. What about asking your OBGYN or midwife?
