  I delivered there almost a year ago and didn't get either.
  

  After 2 years and 6 IUIs, we did it with IVF w/ ICSI!
  BFP with no treatment!

  We did get a little pink birthday cake when I delivered a year and a half ago...but I think it was the day after delivery. No mention of a pedicure...

  cake = yes, pedicure = not when i delivered there this past august

  I feel like I got jipped on the cake!    I think I had a strange experience there though since I did deliver 2 days before Thanksgiving.

  I delievered there in Sept.  got the cake but not pedicure!
