wedding/christening dress labels?

remember these wedding dress labels?  (I got the idea from Malia's bio way back when!)  I had one in my wedding dress & now we are making LO's christening dress out of extra material from my wedding dress. I was thinking about getting a label to put into the christening dress for her.  What would you put on the label?  Her full name (first, middle & last) or just first & middle? and the christening date?  it seems a little odd to have the christening date just b/c it is a random date the church was available. but in theory if anyone else wears the gown, we would get another label.  So maybe name & christening date makes the most sense?

I know...kind of rambling here...

    I would probably do just first and middle name, but I'm not sure about the date...if you you'd want to do her birthdate or the Christening date.  Hmmmm....  I'll be interested to see what others say.

    I am also using my dress as Elle's christening dress :-). I am not doing any labels but if it was me, I'd just put her name and birth date.

    I would also do first & middle name. But for the date, I think it could go either way. Part of feels like if you're commemorating the christening, then maybe use the christening date (since that's the day that she wears the dress, like the day you wore your dress when you got married)? Not sure...but that was just the first thought that came to my mind =)
