    It's bad that I have no idea, right?  I'm guessing it's a star.  I know for certain that it's not an angel, but beyond that, it could be a french poodle for all I know.

    Christmas isn't really my holiday...

    Special Snowflake.

    My H grew up with this fug-ass 'soldier' for the top of the tree.  Everyone in his family hates it, and somehow we ended up with it.  I think that a little bit of sentimental fug is necessary for Christmas, though, heh.  He loves that we use it, so why not.

    If I can find the photo I took last year I'll post it, because really?  Indescribably fug.

    Ours is a snowflake that I need to replace... it's glittery and sits lopsided on the top! :/ Maybe I should suck it up and pick a pretty star, but I can't find one that goes with my white, silver and hot-pink tree. ;) The lights are purple off, but on- Hooker Pink! We lovingly call it the Hooker Tree.

    We have an angel but finding an angel for our tree was hard.  DH grew up with an "Italian Angel" (an angel with brown hair) and refused to settle for a blonde angel.  We searched everywhere and every single angel we found had blonde hair.  I was determined to find a brown hair angel since it was our first Christmas together and finally gave up looking, bought a blonde haired angel and painted her hair brown.  DH told me I more than earned the jewelry he bought me that Christmas.

    We don't put anything since I never found anything that I like. What I am looking for is a rustic star.

    we change the colors of our tree every year - some years we put a star up, some year it is an angel depends which matches better.  This year our tree will be red and green with a red star, but we have done red and silver, blue and silver, green and gold, just homemade ornaments it depends.
