NBR: Are any of you ladies wine experts?

I wanted to get my MIL and SIL some nice (oregon) wine for hosting my baby shower.  Sadly, I know next to nothing about wine (we're micro-brew people).  Can anyone make any recommendations?

    Are they super wine enthusiasts? If so, Willamette Vinyards, Erath Vinyards, Argyle, Bridgeview, Eola Hills, King Estate, Oak Knoll, Ponzi, or Sokol Bolsser. (These are a variety of types and prices)

    If you want something a little more eclectic and fun, I reccomend Hip Chicks Do Wine, Naked Winery, or Honeywood.

      I would recommend the Chateau St. Michelle Reisling, Duckpond Merlot, Chalone Vineyard Pinor Noir or St. Supery Sauvigon Blanc

    Those are a few of my favorite wines. I hope that helps

    Eola Hills Pinot Noir is my fave!  And you can find them pretty much any where!

    Yes to all these!! I can't wait!! I have a bottle of Willamette Pinot waiting for my return from the hospital!!

    Also, they are making some great sparkling wines with the OR pinot grapes. They are absolutely delicious (a little spendy) and would make a great gift!
