I am looking for a home birth midwife that either will do prenatal visits in my home or has an office that is close to the Arcadia area (44th & Indian School). Does anyone have any suggestions?
I know there are several midwives in the area you are looking. I can't personally recommend one, but Google is a good place to start. Call them, set up an interview, and see who you like!
I'm having a home birth and I love my midwife. Her office is off Thomas/51hwy so not far from Arcadia area. I drive there even though I live in and my birth will take place at my home in Chandler. I switched from my obgyn to her after doing hospital tours and realizing that a hospital just wasn't the route for me. Not to mention I didn't feel like I was getting the personalized attention I desired. Mary blocks out up to 2hours for her appointments and she really focuses on education, answering questions and making sure you have a really good understanding of your body and your baby. She just opened up a birth center in phoenix (same location as office) for those who don't want to be in a hospital but don't want to be at home either. Here personal website is www.marythemidwife.com. The birth center website is www.blossombirthcenter.com.
As for Doulas in the Chandler area. I live in Chandler and I hired a doula to attend my home birth that also lives in Chandler. I interviewed a few and she was by far my favorite. She is also a certified lactation specialist. Her website is https://www.chysdoulacare.com/.
Re: Midwife?
There is a Doctors office at 32nd Street and Campbell:
Camelback Women's Health & Aesthetics?
I had a homebirth, but my midwife is in Gilbert.

@Katediggs -
Can you recommend any doulas? I'm in the Chandler area... Googling hasn't been particularly helpful so far.
