Hey ladies I can't for the life of me remember which setting is best for FF Advanced or OPK? I know someone told me this awhile ago, but I can't remember!

    Thanks Alison. I just couldn't remember for whatever reason and I knew there was a difference but wasn't sure which was the best one.
