Remembrance Day/Veterans Day

Does your child's school do anything for this day of remembrance, or leading up to it?

Do you do anything at home?

    At my school teachers do a range of things-some do a powerpoint pres. or a worksheet and discussion and some make cards for soldiers and some have guest speakers etc.  We are required to do "something" but it is not defined.

    Yes, my son's elementary school did a program for it. They also spent the week discussing the things that our veteran's did to make the U.S. free, etc .
