With all the socializing at my shower I didn't take one photo with anyone. I am so disappointed! I know someone took pictures while I was opening gifts but who knows how those will turn out, plus I was sitting.
I don't have a real photo of myself from this whole pregnancy that doesn't include my phone and a mirror. I picked out such a cute dress and my hair and make up looked so good. I actually felt pretty...I haven't felt that way really since getting pregnant.

Maybe Thanksgiving...
Re: shower picture regrets
If it makes you feel any better all of the pictures from my bridal shower were taken by my stepdaughter of me sitting and opening gifts while she was about 2 feet away and on the floor. Every single picture is huge, off-center, and up my nose. She will not be taking pictures at the baby shower!
Hopefully someone else took pictures of you that you don't know about.
Its funny, I was just thinking over the weekend that I have felt so "blah" the past 6 months that I dont even take my camera places I used to. Its so weird. I hope I get some good ones at my shower this weekend. All my pics are at the weekly family dinner that my mom hosts, and I'm always holding a sign with how many weeks I am. Half the time I look crazy because its dinner with my fam, I do not dress up! lol
I feel ya though. I hope your shower was a lot of fun and you got some great stuff to get you going. We are almost there, fellow 1-28'er ;-)
Recreate your look from the shower (or where whatever else makes you feel good) and then have DH be your photographer!
More Green For Less Green
99% of my pregnancy pics are taken by me with my phone, in the bathroom mirror, with my head cut off.
I will probably regret it, but I am hyper-critical of how I look these days (fat face).
My shower was yesterday & I feel the same way! I know some of my friends were taking some pics, but I didn't get any of the ones that I hoped I would. The whole thing went by in a blur, I couldn't believe when it was over.
I made sure H & I took some pics in the nursery when we got home just to document that I actually did dress up & do my hair/make-up (this doesn't happen often these days).
