Private school admissions process

My dd just went through the Giselle test for entrance to a private school next year and while I know they can't give me feedback of how she did right now (I won't know whether she got accepted until February), I was wondering whether you ever find out, either later on during or after the process, how your child did?  Anyone have experience with this?

    The class visit is next week.  I know what the instrument tests and its shortcomings, I was just wondering if you get feedback at all about how it all went.

    When DD#1 did her entrance testing, we found out the same day. The school is very small so that may have something to do with it.
