    Are you talking about the ones that are glued in to be worn for an extended period of time? I've never had those, but I wore a clip-in extension piece for my wedding and couldn't have been more happy with how my hair turned out. My hair wasn't long enough to wear it the way I wanted, and I knew if I had my hair curled it would fall out within minutes, so I solved both problems by getting a clip-in extension of curled hair.     I have used the clip in kind to make my hair longer.  The trick to making them look good is to put them in and then get a haircut.  I have a friend who is a hairdresser and she shaped them up to make it blend better with my natural hair.  No one knew my hair was fake and it looked great!  The clips got heavy after a while though, so I never wear them for extended periods of time, just for a fun night out.

    I can't remember what kind they are, but I just bought them at Sally Beauty for around $80.

    I'm getting the long-term wear extensions. The hair is attached to a weft, then attached with beads. I hope I like them! My sister had them and it looked awesome, so hopefully I like mine too.

    I have had these too! They work great!

    I have also had the fusion bond long term extension that they glue in. I LOVED them. Mine lasted about 4 months until pieces started sliding out and it was getting ratty. You really do have to make sure it isn't tangled ever and wear it in a braid at night!

    My sister said the same thing about the braid at night! I am so excited. My hair is growing sooooo slow after having Ryan and I'm done with the weird in-between length hair!
