4 +OPK...Is that possible?

I changed OPKs this cycle. I am using Walgreen's strips.  Everything looks like a positive!  Tuesday, the test and control were very similar, but Wednesday there was definitely a difference.  Then, I have got a + twice a day for the past three days.  I got another + today, and I will test again later in the day. 

Is this even possible?  Are my ovaries hung up?  My temps keep rising.  My CM has been good, but I am definitely not an expert.  

HELP!!! TIA!!!

    ive gotten up to three positives in a row, and yesterday I would have said it was positive on the cheapie strip as the line was darker than the control but the digital said negative- my RE says don't test after the first positive as it will drive you crazy- but i do anyway-

    I always get 3 in a row and 2 cycles ago I got multiple strings of +OPKs throughout one cycle.  It was like my body was gearing up to O and didn't, but finally did.  I think it was stress related.  See my chart.
