North Dakota Babies

Moms, if you don't have one of these...

I highly recommend it!

We used it for the first time tonight & I love it!   Not only does it give her a "placemat" but it also catches all (ETA: most of) the stuff she drops- genius.

  • We use this at restaurants. Just wait until she figures out that she can pull it up. It gets a little tricky then.

  • Have it. Love it. Waiters greatly appreciate it.
  • Is there any way to stick it down? Marcos has the bad habit of lifting things up. He already knocks his tray from the highchair off.

It has suction cups on the bottom :-)

I got one of these at BRU when Kash was around 10 months old. Great concept, but didn't work for us.=(  It was pulled and on the ground in seconds.  Every time.

I have a friend that swears by it.  Her little girl has never thrown plates or bowls on the floor either which I think indicates if this would work for you.  Kash can't keep a plate on a tray either!

Thank you Rachel. No, Marcos has broken a plate at almost every restaurant we have been to. I turn for a second and its on the floor. At home, I just give him little pieces at a time, no plates.

I hear ya! Kash is 18 months and still eats directly from his highchair tray! No matter how much we practice or how often I put his food on plates, the plate and all of its contents are on the ground in minutes.
  • I have one....got it at my baby shower, but I have yet to use it, but hopefully soon
