Highland Park Hospital

I want to hear the good and the bad.  I am needing to select my OB for my 1st pregnancy.  If I stay with my current medical group, I will be delivering at a NorthShore facility.

    I have heard good things about Highland Park. I was initially supposed to deliver there, but was moved to a high risk practice out of Evanston Hospital about 20 weeks into my pregnancy. Therefore I delivered at Evanston. But I would feel very good about Highland Park. On a side note, if you are able to deliver at Evanston....go for it. I had a great experience (I was hospitalized twice while pregnant, and then had a great delivery). GL!

    Initially I saw someone out in Libertyville/Vernon Hills area. But I was moved to a high risk practice (out of Evantson Hosp). Maternal Fetal Medicine....they have about 7 doctors. All wonderful.
